Imperfect Mum Journal Prompts

Journalling is my number 1 tool when I am feeling overwhelmed. Our  thoughts  sound so different in our heads and getting them out on paper can give us so much clarity.

 

Plus there is no fear of judgement and it's a place to process without worrying what others think. For me, I see it as free therapy but if you would prefer to actually talk to someone book in for a chat.

My hope is once you have processed things you are able to talk to someone you trust about any difficult feelings that come up.

Relationships After kids.

Relationships after kids are tricky and for so many of us, we enter into parenting feeling like we have picked the best partner and Dad and then feeling like we dont even know him anymore.

 

Actually its so weird that we are just expected to know how to build a healthy relationship when very few of us grew up with one.

 

We dont learn anything at school about communication and we are all just figuring it out so if you need a bit of help I promise you are so normal.

 

These are a few tools I've put together if you are struggling with communication and have no idea where to start.
