Hi, I'm Natasha, a Therapeutic Coach specializing in supporting women through the postnatal period, from fertility to birth and beyond and couples to navigate relationships after kids.

I’m passionate about normalising the experience of becoming a whole new person and embracing the messiness of matrescence. If you haven’t heard of matrescence, you’re not alone—changing that narrative is at the heart of my work. Becoming a mother is incredibly rewarding but also incredibly challenging. It’s a journey that demands new skills with minimal sleep, no formal training, and little time to process everything.

Matrescence refers to the psychological, hormonal, cultural, and economic transformations that come with motherhood. With 15 years of experience in supportive roles, I advocate for viewing mental and physical health as a unified concept rather than separate issues. I help my clients navigate the pressures of anxiety, shame, and perfectionism that often come with the overwhelming amount of information intended to raise healthier children. This pressure can lead to heightened anxiety and guilt, making it difficult to enjoy the motherhood experience you envisioned.

In addition to individual support, I also offer couples therapy. The transition to parenthood can strain even the strongest relationships. My couples therapy sessions focus on improving communication, reconnecting emotionally, and managing the stress that comes with parenting. I’m here to help you and your partner strengthen your bond, improve your relationship, and support each other through this transformative phase of life.

My role is to guide you through these challenges and help you become the mother you aspired to be before fear and guilt took over your decisions. I aim to help mums rediscover excitement in life and become the role models they want their children to see. Remember, the happiness of a mother is one of the greatest indicators of a child’s future mental health.
