Hi, I’m Natasha, a Therapist and Matrescence Coach at Natasha Nyeke Therapy. I help parents build self-belief, self-compassion, and self-trust so they can feel calmer, more confident, and more connected—to themselves, their children, and their partner.
If you feel like you’re failing or stuck in old patterns, you’re not alone. Matrescence can feel like a battle between who you are and who you think you should be. But when you start healing, managing your emotions, and breaking the cycles that no longer serve you, everything changes.

I’ve spent over 15 years working as a therapist and family worker, supporting mums, dads, and children through life’s challenges. That experience has shown me that when we support parents, the whole family thrives.
As a mum of two, I also know first-hand how overwhelming motherhood can feel. In a world full of conflicting advice, what mums really need is compassionate, practical support they can trust. I bring both personal and professional experience to my work, helping you find the right approach—whether you’re feeling lost, disconnected, or just trying to keep your head above water.

In this 90-minute intensive session, we’ll tackle what’s making you feel overwhelmed, explore what’s holding you back, and set realistic, actionable goals to help you feel more like you again.
Whether you’re struggling with mum guilt, self-doubt, burnout, or just feeling disconnected, this session will give you the clarity and confidence to move forward.
1-1 Therapeutic Coaching.
For 3 or 6 months, I’ll combine therapy and coaching to help you become the mum you needed growing up.
This isn’t about perfection—it’s about embracing setbacks as steps toward growth. Together, we’ll build your self-compassion, boost your confidence, and help you feel excited about life again.
